Setting a Rental Order Form
Click on the Activity settings from the sidebar menu or from the main dashboard. 
If you subscribe to more than one Activity, settings should be set individually according to that. Here in the screenshot below Bike and Ski are two different Activities. Action needs to be set up for both Activity settings and Message settings.

Click on the Order settings tab and set the settings below.
Before making new orders, we need to set the Order related settings first based on your business habits, open the Activity Settings page, and click on the Order settings tab.
- Show Prices Including Tax: Setup your price of the rental item including tax or not.
- Customer Information: based on preferences the customer information can be shown “At The Beginning ” or ” After Selecting Items” in the order form
- Customers’ Address: Complex and customizable customer addresses can be turned on-off based on required options.
- Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions that are uploaded in the terms and conditions tab can be shown with the following option
- None: will disable the Terms and Conditions completely
- Check: Customer just needs to accept or decline the terms and conditions
- Sign: Customer will sign the Terms and Conditions before selecting the accept bottom
- Enhanced Waiver: This option is available for the pro plan and will let you have more interactive Terms and Conditions page
- Sign as Minor: You can choose to make this option hidden or visible on your Terms and Condition window based on your preferences
- Accept customer Note: Select “Yes” or “No” for having the option of accepting notes from customers on your order form
- Show Product Option in Order : Once you have identified the products with sizes for your sub-category, if you would like to show the different size options to the customers, you may click yes here.
- Check Product Availability: It will check your product’s inventory and let customers know whether the product is available or not at the time of booking.
- Show availability calendar in order: For future reservations, it will check the availability of the product or not.
- Order time unit: It will set your calendar for Hourly or Daily booking.
- Order Limitation: Orders can be placed with specific intervals if you set an order limitation like Every 15 Minutes
- Walk-in Category Visibility Like:
- Display Catalogue: There are two options for the View “Card” or “Classic” that can be set for the following view:
- Products View: Products in order form can be shown in card view format or classic view format
- Packages View: Packages can be shown in card view format or classic view format, with or without a photo
- Mode View: The above-chosen views for the product and package can be shown in 3 options (Normal/Collapsed on mobile/ Collapsed)
- First Display: You can choose if you want to show single items first or packages under the Item section in the order form
- Accept Orders In: Choose between “Ask” or “N/A” based on the business you can choose which order page options (Online/Walk In/Back-End/Phone) you want to have for receiving orders.
- Offer Reorder In: Select “Yes” or “No” for having the option to repeat previously placed reservations from returning customers on your order form (Online/Walk In/Back-End/Phone)
- Adding multiple Renters/Participants: Set up your own waiver terms and conditions for accepting multiple renters and multiple participants.
- Single Renter: When there is a rental item with or without the renter’s attributes then the single waiver signature is required.
- Multiple renters: When there is a rental item with the renter’s attributes, each person selects their attributes (Height, Boot size, Age, Skill level, etc.) and an individual waiver signature is required.
- Multiple Participants (Waiver): When there is a couple of rental items can select by one person and he/she can add another participant for Waiver.
- Multiple Renters/Participants: When there is a rental item with renters attributes each person selects their attributes and an individual waiver signature is required and he/she can add the participant for Waiver too (Ex: Couple with one child).
- Renter’s Attributes: (Online/Walk-In/Back-End/Phone)
- Only Requireds: By choosing this option the renters required attributes will be shown in the order form to collect the information from the renters

- Only Requireds: By choosing this option the renters required attributes will be shown in the order form to collect the information from the renters
- Rental period options: You may set up the rental period that your customer wants to rent it for like “Start time and Finish time in your calendar” or “Start and Duration” or “Only Duration”.
- Display Rental Period: You can choose the preferred place to show the rental period section in the order form which can be “At The Beginning ” or ” After Selecting Items”
- Default Duration: You can choose which duration is shown as the default one to the customer. The option can be Minimum duration or any other duration you specify as a rental period option.
- Show Product Information: Select “Yes” or “No” for showing your product information to the customer.
- Credit card Action: Setup your Credit card action that how you would like to charge your customer.
- Validate– Provided credit card is just for validation, in case there is any damage or stolen, still, you can retrieve the money back from the card.
- Charge Reservation fee– Setup your reservation fee ex: charging 10% of the total amount of the items that they were renting.
- Charge full amount– The customer will pay the full amount for the selected rental item for that selected rental period.
- None– There won’t be Credit card info or payment option. After returning items charges applies according to their finish time.
- Can skip Credit card: when placing the order customer can skip the credit card without payment (there is a setting to be enabled if the customer does that staff need to enter an Access key and can take deposit items like Picture ID or Passport, etc.)
- Show sale items/Borrow items: If you select yes in those fields (Online/Walk In/Back-End/Phone), you may add subcategories (Borrow or sale items) and show them in the new Rent Order.
- Show Packages: If you select yes in those fields (Online/Walk In/Back-End/Phone), you may add Packages and show them in the new Rent Order.
- Accept Coupon: Select “Yes” or “No” for giving a discount to your customer through coupons.
- Send Confirmation Email: After placing an order, set up to send an email confirmation to your customer, and there is a set to send CC to your Email address as well.
- Email Recipients: Email can be sent to all the additional renters/participants who are placing a reservation or can able to restrict to sending the email to only the main renter.
- Color Theme: You can change the background color and text color for different parts of the order for
- Custom Labels: Most of the wording on the orders form can be changed by selecting the word from the field below the “Original” field and Typing the preferred wording on the box below the “Custom” field
- Custom Header: The information you add here will be shown at the very begging of the order form as the header
- Calculate Rental Price Based on a planned rental period: If your customer made a reservation from Jun – 01 to Jun – 02 and come into your store earlier, the price will be calculated from Jun – 01 to Jun – 02 (the period shown on the top of rent orders). Actual Rental Period – the price will be calculated based on the actual time when the product is rented out and returned.
