Products Report
How do I manage my products?
Products Report displays all products in one place. As well, the Products Report shows the current status of the products and gives the option to directly access each product details. This report is a powerful tool that gives you filtering options based on products’ different statuses.
To access the Products report, click on Products Report on the sidebar menu.

You will see the Products Report with a table consisting of different helpful information about the products like SKU number, Category, Size, Current Status, Total Rent Count, Total Rent Hours, and Total revenue.

Filtering Option For Single Location Instance:
At the top of the table, The Products Report gives several helpful filtering options. you can filter based on the
- The Type of the activity,
- The related category
- The Status of the product (Ready For Rent, In Rent, Out Of Service, Reserved, For Sale, Stolen, Sold, Write-off )
Multi-Location instances:
If you have a multi-location instance you will see the Products Report with a table consisting of two extra columns, Home Location and Current location.

These two columns present the home location and current location of each product information.
Filtering option for Multi-Location Instance:
Extra to mentioned Filter in Products Report, multi-location instances have two extra filters for Home Location and Current location.
Note: Products report is a Financial report, but it is visible to everyone that uses the instance.
Exporting The Report:
To export the Products Report as a CSV file, click on the “Export” button at the top right corner.

To see each product’s detailed information you can click on the product number with a hyperlink (blue color).
