Setting a Seasons calendar & pricing.
How to set up seasons calendar & Activity range
Click on the Activity settings from the sidebar menu or from the main dashboard.

If you subscribe to more than one Activity, settings should be set individually according to that. Here in the screenshot below Bike and Ski are two different Activities. Action needs to be set up for both Activity settings and Message settings.

Click on the Seasons Calendar tab and set the settings below.
ACTIVITY RANGE
Accept the orders before your season starts by simply setting up the start & finish dates and clicking on Save modifications.

Ex: In the above screenshot, the activity starts and ends from April to September.
On the order page only selected dates will be available for customers to place an order. The rest of the dates on the calendar will be faded.

SEASONS CALENDAR
For different rental businesses, they may have different busy seasons and busy periods. For example, for Bike Rental business, winter usually is not a busy season.
Rentrax supports defining the Low, Normal, and High Business Season Periods according to your business status and facts. With this feature, Rentrax can help you to manage different settings based on different seasons, for example, the most important prices change a lot in different seasons. Rentrax can do let you keep different price tables for different periods.

Click on the “New Season Period” to create a seasoning period. We only need to define the start and end dates for this season, if you would like you can add one comment for this season, then click on the SAVE button to keep this new season.

There are EDIT and DELETE buttons for existing season items. You can choose to do management for these items, to change one season or remove one season.
Whenever you change your season, click on Confirm.
PRICE SETTING FOR SEASONS
Click on the price settings from your dashboard.

Select the price templates and click on edit and go to the “Price table” tab.

Enter the prices according to the seasons based on Low, Normal & High and click on save. When the end-user selects the rental period based on the season the price will automatically calculate.
