Adding customized messages under Message Settings

Click on Message Settings. It includes four tabs: General Settings, Email Templates, SMS Templates, and On-Screen Notifications.

GENERAL SETTINGS:
- CC Email to Store email: Enable this option to receive every email that your customers are receiving.
- Send Closing Order Email: A closing order email means asking your customers about their experience and for reviews. Once the closing order email template is set up, the system will automatically be sent the email to all your customers once their order gets closed.
Enable the setting if you want your customer to receive a closing email automatically.
- Auto SMS for New Order: Crete an SMS template for New order and enable this option to send SMS automatically when they place an order.
- Auto SMS on Deliver: Crete an SMS template for delivery on order and enable this option to send SMS automatically when the items are delivered.

EMAIL TEMPLATES:
- Confirmed Order Emails: Once the order gets confirmed either manually or automatically an automated email goes to the person who places an order. You can set up your customized message in the Opening paragraph and Closing paragraph. Click on Save after editing the template.

- Pending Orders Emails: When your setting is under confirm reservations manually, then if someone places an order it’s directly going under the pending state until someone manually confirms the order. When it is in the pending state then this customized email goes to the person who places an order. Click on Save after editing the template.

- Phone Orders Emails: When someone places an order over the phone and the order gets confirmed an automated phone orders email goes to the person who places an order. Click on Save after editing the template.

- Closing Order Emails: After the equipment is returned, would love to know how everything worked for them? Set up this email template asking for their feedback or leave a review. Click on Save after editing the template.
SMS TEMPLATES:
Click on the link to set up the SMS template.
ON-SCREEN NOTIFICATIONS:
- Inside Order Form: On-screen notifications will help you to set up a customized message and show it to your customers on the payment screen.
Message can be about the cancellation policy, late fee details, delivery message, or any. Click on Save after editing the template.


- After Placing Order: You can set up a message for pending reservations, Walk-in reservations, and Delivery messages. Click on Save after editing the template.
